Curly Girlz Sweet Shop ships in the United States within 3 business days of receiving an online order. We make no guarantees and will accept no liability for a longer shipping time frame due to errors from the shipping company

(USPS, UPS or FedEx). Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification including the tracking number. Shipping rates are based on the buyer's total order weight and location. 

Due to very strict Trademark and Copyright infringement laws, NO COMPANY or PERSON is allowed to use the original name of any candy purchased, which includes but is not limited to the mention of the original candy name online, advertising the original candy name, marketing the original candy name, or posting the original candy name and or original candy packaging on any social media platforms. *If any entity (person or company) breeches any Trademark / Copyright laws and legal action is taken, Curly Girlz Sweet Shop will not be responsible in any way.

In order to prevent consumer confusion, and possible trademark infringement  and to protect the Copyright and Trademark rights of each candy manufacturer,  Curly Girlz Sweet Shop to inform all potential customers of the following:

Curly GIrlz Sweet Shop is in no way affiliated with, has a sponsorship, association, or represents any candy manufacturers in any manner whatsoever.

The Copyrights and Trademarks for these candies are exclusive to each manufacturer and IS NOT owned or claimed to be owned by Curly Girlz Sweet Shop.  No entity (person or company) is allowed to advertise or mention the original name for any candy purchased from Curly Girlz Sweet Shop.

The freeze-dried candy sold by Curly Girlz Sweet Shop IS NOT created by or sold by the manufacturer of the actual candy. Deception of the source or origin is strictly prohibited.

The candy that is used to freeze-dry is authentic candies however, once the candy has been freeze-dried, the texture and sometimes the taste changes so, the candy sold on this site HAS BEEN MODIFIED by Curly GIrlz Sweet Shop. We reiterate that these candies are not produced by the actual (original)  candy manufacturers and the original names of these candies will never be used.

Curly GIrlz Sweet Shop has multiple registered Copyrights and Trademarks issued and if found that either is being used in any capacity without written consent,  Curly GIrlz Sweet Shop will seek immediate legal action.

If any candy is purchased from Curly GIrlz Sweet Shop and the Copyrights and or Trademarks have been violated and legal action is taken, Curly GIrlz Sweet Shop, will not be responsible in any way.

When weather is a factor (i.e. extreme humidity or heat),  Curly GIrlz Sweet Shop will temporarily halt the sale of any item(s) that can be adversely affected. We want your product to be perfect so, we will not take a chance that your product is melted or damaged by the heat.

Most freeze-dried candy items can withstand the rigorous handling of shipping carriers during transportation (i.e. shipping) however, several freeze-dried candy items are extremely fragile and can easily crumble when mishandled during shipping. We take every step  possible to make sure you receive all items intact, which includes but  is not limited to marking your package (i.e. box) with fragile stickers,  wrapping all items in bubble wrap and the overall method in which we  pack your order.

Since we do not control the handling of packages, we are not responsible if an item is damaged during shipping. * Fragile items are marked. 

Each bag includes a moisture absorber to prevent humidity and excess moisture however, once a customer receives their package,   Curly GIrlz Sweet Shop will not not be responsible for product damage due to humidity, excess moisture,  mishandling of package, incorrect product storage, or customers leaving product bags opened for long periods.

ANY TYPE of freeze-dried items can be adversely affected by heat, humidity and air. Once opened,  the contents of the package will immediately adsorb moisture and can  very quickly change the texture of the product.

Freeze-drying prolongs the expiration date for products (if properly handled and stored),  Curly GIrlz Sweet Shop will never proclaim that products can last for several months, let alone years.  Curly GIrlz Sweet Shop suggests that products should be consumed as soon as possible. If a customer wants to extend the life of any product  purchased,  Curly GIrlz Sweet Shop suggests placing the item(s) in an air-tight container.

EVERY item we use is thoroughly cleaned after each use however, we do freeze dry some items that contain peanuts so, if you do have a peanut allergy, we recommend that you choose not to purchase any of our items.  We value your safety more than your purchase and it's always better to be safe than sorry.

Your health and well-being are number one to Curly GIrlz Sweet Shop and because there's no way for us to identify each allergen that an item may contain, you must research the product before you make a purchase.  Curly GIrlz Sweet Shop will not be responsible if you have an allergic reaction to a product that you purchase so, PLEASE do your research before buying.

Although an item may not contain an allergen that causes an allergic reaction,  the original manufacturer that produces the product may process the item in the same facility that processes something that does contain an allergen (i.e. peanuts, soy, nuts, etc.).

Below is a list of some "allergy" concerns that you should look for from the original candy manufacturer.

Was the product processed on shared equipment or in a facility that contains gluten, soy, mustard, sesame, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts or milk?

ALL photos posted on our website are owned by  Curly GIrlz Sweet Shop. This includes but is not limited to logos, item photos, and candy character images.
